Rogers and a team of 4 feisty Mango Moose reps got festive at this years Hispanic Fiesta to celebrate the colourful Hispanic culture.  Rogers and Mango Moose promoted their digital Canal de las Estrellas Latinoamérica channel providing  24-hour, 7 day per week, Spanish- language programming, handing out brochures and balloons to the crowd.
